天津大海日化包装有限公司成立于一九七六年，是华北地区最早从事新型铝表面阳极氧化处理专业性生产厂，原厂名为天津武清大海氧化总厂，于 2001 年 3 月改名为天津市大海日化包装有限公司。建厂 25 年来，一直从事化妆品、医药电化铝、塑料和玻璃等包装容器的制作。企业规模已扩大为占地 32000 平方米 ，建筑面积 14000 平方米 ，有模具设计制造、冲压成型、抛光、铝氧化、塑料制品、丝印，组装七个生产车间，拥有一整套生产设备和工艺。具有完整的管理体系、专业设计人员和技术过硬的作业人员。
天津大海企业自创建以来，不断运用科学的管理，大胆采用新材料、新工艺开发新品。所生产的电化铝盖和瓶（膏霜、乳液、香水、彩妆）等系列容器包装，销往全国各地及出口日本、韩国、俄罗斯等国家和地区、深受中外客商赞誉。

TianJin Great Sea enterprise, which was set up in 1976,in the earliest factory specializing in the oxygenizing of new types of aluminivm-plates with positive pole in the Northern Region, In March,2001 the factory to Wu Qing Great Sea Cosmetisc and Packing Co Ltd. In the 25 years, it has been manufacturing cosmetics, electrified aluminivm used in medicine, and packing cintainers made of plastics and glass. Now its occupying area has been extended to 32000 square meters and its buliding area to 14000 square meters.
